Base vitamin regimen:
- A daily vitamin (get a gummy ones at least if can't swallow bigger pills). These usually have 100-300% daily dose for a long list of vitamins.
- Omega 3 (fish oil)
- Emergen-C packets (1-2 times a week), boosts immune system and energy
- Optionally, B12 for energy (tiny tablets, dissolve under tongue in 10 seconds, I just take a few a week)
If trouble sleeping:
- Melatonin (1-3mg starting dose).
